Sexual Empowerment

Sexual Empowerment Is Not One Thing, It Is Everything

I just returned from a week-long event with Joe Dispenza, diving into the quantum and how to create our futures from the fifth dimension. It was a completely life changing event and supported and evolved my thinking around sexuality and sexual energy.

I have always said that sexual energy is creative energy—it is our life force. It is the raw material we draw from to create everything in our lives. We come from that very material, from that energy. We are born of it, and are of it.

It has infinite potential to develop into anything we want to create in our lives.

We were made to create. We are creative beings. The lessons of our lives revolve around creating the lives, experiences and relationships we wish to have—and how to get out of our own way.

Einstein said that matter can never move matter—only energy can move matter.

What does that mean?

That means that we cannot push around physical things and 3D experiences with other physical things—we always must move matter with energy or from the quantum field.

So as we materialize the lives we want, we must use the power of our own energy, our thoughts, our mind and its connection to the great creative energy all around us to create what we want. If we do not move on that level, on the internal level, and see our future, we cannot create it in the external material world.

Everything that was ever created was first imagined. We create from our imagination of things that do not yet exist. When we imagine it, and we can see it, feel it, taste it and smell it, we make it real. It’s already real inside of us. Then it will materialize outside of us if we give it enough of that creative life force energy and focus.

It would make sense then that nurturing our sexual energy and the electricity it can create in us would benefit our entire lives, would it not?

Yet, what most people do is ignore their sexuality, shove down the confusing sexual feelings they don’t know what to do with, develop angst, resentment or fright around it because they don’t know how to heal or address those emotions, which in turn, create disalignment for what they really DO want.

We push aside sexuality when we don’t know how to work with it, or when we feel shame about it that we’ve never healed.

We fear stretching into the power of that energy and sometimes are even afraid of the energy itself, yet it is our creative life force.

It’s the core of who we are: creative energy made physical in a wild mystical combination of things that allows us to feel pleasure in our physical lives and deep joy in connection and transmutation of its energy.

This is big work. Culturally, we haven’t come very far in supporting people to grow a healthy sexuality and to use our sexual energy for our own magnificence.

We’ve denigrated this energy, and dismissed its power rather than upholding it as the potent force it truly is.

People look at me side-eyed all the time when I tell them what I do and they ask, “But HOW do you work with people?”

In so many ways. Sexual empowerment is not one thing.

It’s educational so we can reframe false ideas and be the full agents of our sexual lives with real accurate information.

It’s emotional so that we can get aligned with sexuality in positive ways and heal the stuck emotional circuitry that brings us down.

It’s physical so we can do the healing our body is crying for and make room for expansion.

It’s relational so that we can examine how we are showing up and develop the relationships we want.

It’s energetic so we can draw from our sexual power and energy in ways that support our lives.

It’s skills-based so that we can express it masterfully and intentionally.

It’s pleasure-based so that we can remember that feeling good is our job in these human lives and the more we align with feeling good, the more we create the good we want in life.

It’s spiritual so that we remember that we are a reflection of the divine, and we learn to use our energy to uplift and empower ourselves and to be a reflection in the astral of the physical life we are living.

I work at all of these levels. To master our sexuality is not just to exist on one level—it’s all of it.

It’s keeping our energy in flow, in grace, and aligned with all of who we are. It’s expanding ourselves in the greatest ways.

What is more expansive than sexual energy? It has the power to create life. It is the life-giving force in the universe that we draw on so that we can connect, love, contribute, create and thrive.

So when I talk about Bringing Sexy Back, when I talk about sexual empowerment, I’m not just talking about having great orgasms, although that in and of itself is a noble pursuit.

I’m talking about the true expansion of the self, through embracing this critical part that fuels all of life.

Come learn with me, and let’s move our energy, our thoughts and ways of being around sex so that we create the magnificence we dream of. This is whole-person, deep work that is designed to impact and affect everything we do in life.

You imagine it, you can create it. It is already here for you.
